“The Grace of Giving”

Turn to Deuteronomy Chapter 8, Moses is instructing the people in the Word of the Lord and in the ways of the Lord as anticipates them moving over into the promise Land. He is not going with them, because God had disqualified him from going into the promise Land.

Joshua is to take them in to the promise Land and Moses is giving them a deposit of the Word, of the truth to guide them as they go into the Land, so in Chapter 8, he’s telling about the Prosperity God is going to give them In verse 7 he sais:

Deuteronomy 8:7  For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;

Deu 8:8  A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;

Deu 8:9  A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.

Egypt represents not enough, because there were never enough resources Remember Pharaoh put such onerous burden on the Children of Israel to produce bricks, but never provided enough material, so Egypt represents a Land where there is just never enough.

Then God brought them out of the wilderness and you know, in the wilderness there was just enough. Remember that? Just enough Manna for every day and if they took more than what was necessary for them for the day, it would spoil. It was Just enough.

God sais I am taking you into the Land of More than enough, and the tragedy is that so many of God’s children are living in the Land of just enough, or some who are living in the Land of not enough, but God wants us to live in the Land that is more than enough. A Land of plenty and abundance. There are too many of God’s children walking around in the promise Land with manna breath.

See we are living on mere existence when God wants us to be living off the fruit of the promise Land of his blessings and so many Christians are just eeeking out an existence, but God sais you’re going to eat Bread without scarcity in which you will lack nothing. A Land whose stones are Iron, out of whose hills you can dig copper. It’s a Land of Plenty. The stones are Iron. I tell you that’s pretty good. We are not talking about a Land of increase, God sais your going into a Land of multiplication.

Deu 8:10  When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.

Deu 8:11  Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:

Deu 8:12  Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;

Deu 8:13  And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

 Again we are not just talking about increase, God sais you going into a Land of multiplication. Listen Child of God we are going to have to get so mad at the dirty old Devil for stealing your covenant inheritance from you, so that you have not been able to be a blessing to all the Families of the Earth, because you haven’t been able to bless yourself.

God is longing to release his resources into your hand so that you can become a blessing to nations. Catch the vision!!!!

This is not just for one person or two, this is everybody, the whole body. We are going to see that the covenant call on you is to bless the nations of the earth. Yes little you!!!!

God’s purpose is multiplication, now he warns them, verse 14.

Deu 8:14  Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;

Deu 8:15  Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;

Deu 8:16  Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;

Any test you are going through, God’s purpose is to do you good in the end. Why do we forget the end of the story of Job? The New Testament sais to remember the end of Job, that God is faithful, that God is merciful. Well Bless God I am going through a trial. Well you going through, thank you Jesus!!!! Verse 17.

Deu 8:17  And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.

Deu 8:18  But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

The word remember is a covenantal word. The table of remembrance when we take the Lords supper is a table of remembrance . He said do in remembrance of me. Why? Does Jesus want us to forget about it? NO! It’s more than just remembering back, it’s remembering the Covenant that was sealed in his blood. When you see the word remember, recognize it as a Covenant word, you are reminding somebody what they have sworn by covenant.

God is saying to them, remember that is the Lord your God who gives you the power to get wealth. There are so many of God’s Christians who forgot that is part of the Covenant blessing. He gives you, he gives you the power to get wealth.

Now this is not ability, see if was ability someone would be disqualified, because you know you to poor to pay attention. There is NO ability to produce wealth in you, in the human.

He is not talking about natural ability, He is talking about a supernatural empowerment, an endowment from heaven that is given to you, because the Covenant God has made!!!

He gives you the power to get wealth, because the ability to bless the nations of the earth.

 the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

Alright, who are their fathers? Abraham Isaac and Jacob we know that if you read in Deuteronomy  Chapter 9 he talks about swearing to their fathers in verse 5: and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

So What is Gods covenant to Abraham? Turn back to Genesis chapter 12 verse 1. Gen 12:1  Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

 Gen 12:2  And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Gen 12:3  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

What does bless mean? What is the Blessing of God? The blessing of God is God’s enabling or empowering you to abound in everything that belongs to him and everything he has called you to do. That is the Blessing of God!!!! If God is going to bless you that means you can do all that he sais to do and you can have all that he said all that is yours.

Lets define it like Jerry Seville defined it, I will Bless you means- “Empower to prosper” and remember prosperity is not just having wealth. Prosperity is, because there are some problems money can’t solve, so Prosperous is having everything that you need to do all that God wants you to do whether it’s emotional, physical, mental, material, and Spiritual, whatever it is. Everything that you need to do all that God wants you to do and we are going to see in 2 Corinthians 9 and verse 8 God has promised that by his grace to you.

He says I am going to bless you and I am going to make your name great. What for? Why would God want to make our name great? To draw people to us!!!! What for? So that we can bless them!!!! To bless them!!!!

You are a child of God, you are a Covenant heir of God’s promises, you have an anointing from the Holy One. God wants to make your name great, God wants to give you honor among all men, that’s part of  the Covenant Blessing to Abraham and we are the seed of Abraham.

Galatians Chapter 3 says, Through Faith in Christ Jesus I am a heir of God’s Covenant Promises to Abraham.

He wants to give you a name that is great, not so that you can walk around with your nose in the air, but so that people will come to you so that you can bless them with the anointing and enable them with the prosperity that God has given you. Abounding to every need that they have. I will make your name great and you shall be a blessing.

So What I am able to receive I am able to bless others with, You will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you. Man I tell you What, we are walking in this because God said so!!!!!

When somebody knows that they are walking in covenant blessing and others link up with them that blessing spills over on everybody. Look for somebody who knows who they are in Jesus Christ and is walking in God’s Covenant blessing and get around them, just give them something and you will get blessed. Don’t just bless those in Ministry, God will show you somebody and what they are doing in the world for God. Invest in them. God will show you somebody to bless, so bless them. Give them what the Holy Spirit tells you to give them.

Do you understand God wants to bless you so that you will be a blessing. God says I will make you a blessing, I will make you a blessing!!!! Why? Here is the statement, and in you the last line, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Anyone who will believe and will say “I am going to be a blessing to all the families of the earth.”

We are here to bless all the families of the earth, and the more we bless God Blesses us so that we can bless all the families of the earth.

The first money that God gives us and says its seed to sow, sow it. God gives seed to the sewer, so you don’t have to start up with seed, you can ask him for seed and he will supply the seed for you to start on a supernatural increase. He gives the whole lot, the seed and the increase, you don’t have to bring anything to the table, just have the willingness to say “Yes God I want to be a blessing to all the nations of the earth.” I am signing up for the Covenant call!!!!

So many of you have lived with the mind set,” Can anything good come out of the town you live?”

I am telling you God is just looking for people who will believe the word, who will believe the truth.

He said Remember, Remember, Remember, Remember,  it’s the Lord your God who gives you the power to get wealth that he may establish his Covenant he swore to your fathers, and that Covenant is to make you a blessing to all the families of the earth.

When you catch it you are going to experience supernatural miracles. When those of you don’t have seed to sew, God is going to supernaturally put seed in your hand to sew. Our God gives us the power to get wealth. There is a power to get wealth that is supernatural.

Our biggest problems is that we have got our eyes on our bosses, or our jobs or our paychecks and God never called you to live according to your paycheck, he called you to live according to his heavenly resources, according to his power to get wealth, to bless you so that you can be a blessing.

2 Corinthians Chapter 8, now I am going to take you straight into the new Testament and show you how the principals that governed that prosperity in Isaac are the same principles that operate in the New Testament.

2Co 8:1  Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

2Co 8:2  How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.

The first thing I want to say is this, in comparison with giving under the Law, you don’t need much Grace to give under the Law. It is a No Brainer. You count out 10% and give it and  that is it, but under the New Covenant there is an expansion  there is a de-limitation where the Law limited you in the terms of the amount, under the New Covenant all the limits are taken off and you suddenly discover a supernatural power operative in the realm of giving.

Paul says in a great trial of affliction, so the circumstances are not positive, they are not conducive for great giving, they are going through a hard trial. Now watch what happens:

In a great Trial of affliction the abundance of their Joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their Liberality. Now that is the formula that requires the supernatural intervention of God. They are deeply poor, but they have an ingredient called supernatural joy that makes their trial of affliction with their poverty and joy mixed in, becomes the occasion of great liberality.

That is inexplicable in human terms and inexplicable under the Law. Why? Why did it happen?

Because says Paul there was Grace given to them.

Now to talk a little bit about Grace, in the church of Jesus Christ we have generally regarded Grace as a benevolent attitude in the heart of God toward man, We have defined Grace as God’s unmerited favor and so we have seen it as an attitude in the heart of God toward man, by which he does certain kindly things to us including forgiving us of our sin, adopting us into his family ect, ect. You need to understand Grace is much more than that.

Grace is an operative power that works in us believers to accomplish in and through us that which we could not normally and humanly accomplish of our own selves. See Grace is much more than an attitude in the heart of God. It is a Power that works within us and that is so clear when you look through the scriptures. Grace is more than an attitude in the heart of God; it’s a force a power that operates in the lives of believers. So what he is saying is this, I can open up to a Grace an impartation from God that brings me to live in a supernatural place in the realm of giving and, because I am operating in the supernatural realm of giving, I am going to operate in the supernatural real of receiving. Paul teaches in the next chapter that the measure you sow is the measure in which you receive. So the supernatural giving determines the supernatural harvest. He who sews sparingly will reap also sparingly; he who sews bountifully will also reap bountifully.

God is wanting to move us into a supernatural realm, but our biggest problem is reason has limited us, because we have followed reason and reason is a no brainer that sort of.”Well I have given my 10% so that’s it.” If you limit yourself to that you are going to limit yourself in the terms of the harvest and you are never going to tap into God’s power to get wealth.

There is a power to get wealth that is part of the establishing of God’s Covenant, God wants to release the resources of heaven so that you can bless all the families of the earth and you are not going to bless all the families of the earth when you are limited to a 10% figure. God wants to bring us way beyond the limitations of the law into the abundance of his Grace. Don’t say “Well I will wait till I get financially established.” Listen, Listen you can be going through a trial, a great trial of affliction and be in deep poverty, but Grace can start in you something, what is it?
A supernatural Joy that gets you out of your greed, out of your selfishness and brings you into a supernatural mode of giving and sewing which is in turn going to release the supernatural provision of God into your life.

 In a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.

In the amplified Bible: For in the midst of an ordeal of sever tribulation their abundance of Joy and their depth of poverty together have overflowed in wealth of lavish generosity on their part. How can you imagine those two things work together, Joy and Poverty? It’s because of Grace, Grace was given to them. Paul says as you abound in all areas of the anointing and bestowal see that you abound in this Grace also. It’s Grace. It’s Grace. It’s Grace!!!! We need to ask God to pour out that Grace on us. Now Grace is going to take us from the limited by reason and bring us into the realm of revelation. Grace is going to take us from using our reason as to how much we can afford to give into the realm of hearing God’s voice and giving by the revelation by the Holy Spirit and that is where God wants to bring us.

We have been so bound by the limitation of reason and God wants to bring us over into the realm of revelation.

Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray that Grace, that same Grace that you bestowed on the Churches of Macedonia to be bestowed on us, Father we are going through a great trial of affliction and have been in lack, in a situation of lack. Father I want to thank you that we can step into a supernatural realm in the area of giving. Father I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that Grace will be given to us and there will such an impartation of Joy will fall on us in our giving and you reveal to us what you want us to do. That there will be a Joy to over flow with Grace and great liberality. Give us a Joy in giving like we have never known before, Now I Invite and release the anointing for your Grace upon us in the name of Jesus Christ.

2Co 8:9  For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

What the Church has failed to understand is this or failed to really receive deep inside is this as much an aspect of the substutionary death of Jesus Christ as 2 Corinthians Chapter 5  3 Chapters earlier when he said He who knew no sin became sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. It is as much a part of the death of Jesus Christ for you to be made rich as it is for you to be made righteous. He took your poverty as he took your sin, so why are you still carrying it? I am not mad at you, I am mad at the religion that has deceived us, that made us accept poverty. I am mad at religion that somehow gave some sort of dignity to poverty. Poverty is not dignified, it is a curse. You can’t bless all the families of the earth if you are poor. It’s not the fulfillment of God’s Covenant Promise to Abraham.

How can you bless all the families of the earth if you can’t even pay attention?

See Jesus Christ became poor so that you through his poverty might be made rich. The problem we are having with this is the same problem we are having with righteousness, everybody is trying to produce righteousness instead of receiving the righteousness that Jesus Christ purchased for you and start confessing “I am the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ.” But everybody in the Church is trying to make themselves righteous, produce righteousness and we are doing the same thing when it comes to wealth. He gives you the Power to get wealth not the ability.

God is not going to bless your efforts to get out of debt on your own, he is going to only impart Grace to you that breaks the curse of Poverty and that brings you into supernatural abundance so that you can’t take credit for you business acumen and for your expertise and your wise financial policies, but you have to give credit to God and God alone, It is a Grace Gift. See God is looking for a people who will lay hold on the word, God is looking for a people who refuse to put up with poverty another day, You must say,” On the basis of the shed Blood of Jesus Christ and on his Finished work on the Cross, I renounce poverty and I refuse it and all its guises to be welcome in my life.” See the problem with us is this, we welcome poverty like we welcome sickness. What do you do when you get a head ach? You take an aspirin. What are you saying? You are welcoming the head ach, your treating it as a normal part of your life instead of saying, “No sickness and disease is a part of me because Jesus Christ took my sickness upon himself.” We became familiar with sickness and we do exactly the same with Lack. Instead of rebuking lack we just say “Oh well I haven’t got the money to pay it today.” What is it that you did? You have acknowledged that has a part in your life. Whereas every time there is a manifestation of lack we must stand against it on the basis of the finished work of Jesus Christ and rebuke poverty and stand against it as violently as you would stand against sins inroads into our life.

Why do we have to receive poverty? We don’t have to!!!! Jesus Christ died to take it from us. Jesus Christ took our poverty so that we Might be rich, that we can abound to every good work, that we can abound to every good work, we will have a sufficiency in all things.

We must take time to stand against poverty, and take authority over Poverty, because religiosity convinced us that poverty is a way of life, has convinced us lack is a way of life.

Listen, if money makes decisions for you, money is your God, if you order off a menu according to price then money has supplanted God and the Holy Spirit and as our voice leading us.

Poverty is so insidious, we have to expose this curse for what it is a horrendous thing, and make it stop governing our whole life. We have got to stop making every decision by how much money we have in the bank or our wallet. Money has to stop being our God and Money has to stop controlling our actions, money has to stop controlling everything in our life.

When it does that we don’t understand why we can’t draw close to God the Father. It is because Money is another God. It is time for us to break the curse of Poverty and recognize it for what it is and recognize that Jesus Christ Died so that we might be made rich.

Riches are not according to what you have in the bank or your wallet.

Riches is the Spirit in your heart knowing that we have everything that we need to abound to every good work, that we have everything that we need to bless all the families of the earth.

The Spirit of wealth is as much as a Spirit from God as the Spirit of Joy is; we need a Spirit of wealth, because Jesus Christ died to make us rich. He took our poverty so the we might be made rich Aren’t you tired of not having a Spirit of wealth on you? Always thinking in the terms of lack, always thinking in the terms of deprivation, always considering everything by the bottom line of how much it costs? God wants to bring us out of that. Do you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ the anointed one, who though he was rich, for our sakes he became poor that we by his poverty might be made rich. Now don’t reason or spiritualize that verse of scripture. The whole context is about finances, it’s about money, God wants us rich. All he wants us to do is become a giver, just let it out, just let it go, just sew it just give it.

Don’t be so selfish that you won’t be a blessing to all the families of the earth and be a giver to all the families of the earth. If you don’t want money for you, and you want to stay living like you are at least believe God for his wealth and riches so you can start blessing ministries around the world, you can start giving to those who have need around you, so you can bless your family members and bless others. Why do you want to stay poor, give me one good reason you want to stay poor, when Jesus Christ became poor so that you might be made rich.

2Co 9:6  But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

2Co 9:7  Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Paul is now going to introduce the whole principal on which we saw Isaac move into prosperity in his own life until Isaac himself became a sewer he was just a rich kid. The Bible said that he started to prosper and when in a year of drought in obedience to the directors of the Lord came to him not to go to Egypt and to stay in the land because God was going to bless him and was going to bless all the families of the earth through him and believing that same Covenant promise that had been given to his father Abraham. The Bible says that he sewed in that land and the same year reaped 100 fold. He prospered and continued to prosper until he was very prosperous. 75 years of age before he began to prosper, until then he was just a rich kid who had inherited a lot of money, but at 75 years of age believing the promise to him of God by Revelation. He sewed in the midst of famine and received a 100 fold return. Now that according to Deuteronomy 8 verse 18 is the Power to get wealth.

Deu 8:18  But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

That is what established God’s Covenant with Isaac, that is what established God’s covenant in the earth with you and me. How am I going to bless all the families of the earth, based on my natural abilities to produce wealth? Some people might be able to, but the greatest givers are not wealthy people, see all the wealthiest people who have the resources to bless all the families of the earth so often with their wealth is a snare that snares them to greed and so on. So often the greatest givers are not those who have the greatest resources, but those who have learned to hear the voice of God. The principal is very simple, you determine your own harvest, if you sew sparingly you reap sparingly, if you sew bountifully you reap bountifully and that is simply cooperating with one of the Laws that God has settled in this earth as long as it remains.

Turn back to Genesis 8:22  While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

This is God making a Covenant promise to Noah, a Covenant for which he gave us a visible sign in the sky, the sign is the rainbow, and the rainbow is the sign that God will never reverse himself on this particular Covenant promise. Let talk about those laws of nature that God sais will never cease. We learn to cooperate with the seasons, when it is hot we do what is needed to cooperate, same with winter, then we cooperate with the day and night, in the night we have to have lights to see. We have learned to cooperate with the Laws of nature.

How about seed time and harvest?  The farmers have, but the very people who should understand the laws of God and the Covenants of God, the people of God haven’t learned to cooperate with that. What the church has done is stuck into a law that was fulfilled in Jesus Christ, a limited law instead of the unlimiting law of God’s Covenant Blessing to Abraham.

There are a lot of people who are still stuck into 10% and they can’t understand why they can’t get an abundant return on 10%. That means you are stuck in the Law instead of cooperating with what God has said, there is a wonderful law that precedes the law of the tithe, and that is the law of sewing and reaping and that is the law that Paul teaches on in the New Testament, you determine your own harvest, you sew bountifully you reap bountifully, if you sew skimping you will have a skimpy harvest. That is not a big mystery.

When you learn to cooperate with what God has Covenanted you start seeing the results that God Promised. We have to be absolutely Confident on God’s Covenant promise as the earth remains that seed time and harvest will remain. If you are ambivalent and unbelieving about your harvest the enemy will come and steal your harvest from you every time, you can’t be ambivalent and unbelieving, you have got to put faith in the word of God that there will be a harvest and walk in anticipation that there will be a harvest and call in your harvest and start talking about your harvest like it’s yours, that’s cooperating with the word of God, it’s not foolishness.

That other thing is so religious and so sanctimonious, “Well I am giving to the Lord, if I get nothing in return that’s ok, I love to give.” There is not a poor farmer who just loves to sew and they love to reap. Come on, They love to reap, that’s what you sew for, for reaping.

There is religious spirits that say, “ Oh no that’s an improper motive, that’s an unholy motive.” Can you believe it? NO!

Cooperate with the Covenant promise of God! Why? Because the bigger your harvest the more seed you have to sew again and the more money you have to bless all the families of the earth and stop being so selfish that you are not expecting your harvest, you can bless all the families of the earth. It’s wonderful, absolutely wonderful!

Our Covenant calling in Abraham is to bless all the families of the earth. What are you living for?

To get a bigger house, to get a bigger car, to make your retirement secure? Come on you got to get the Money planted and get the seed in the ground, that’s where your security is.

God sais you determine your harvest. He who sews sparingly also reaps sparingly, he who sews bountifully also reaps bountifully.

Now the next verse, verse 7  2Co 9:7  Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Grudgingly, some people are so stingy that when they go to give money the squeeze until the presidents cry on their bills, squeezing them so tight.

Not grudgingly, or of necessity, now if you are under the law it is of necessity, see the law demands that you give 10 % and you haven’t even begun to get into New Testament giving if all your doing is giving 10% your giving of necessity, your giving under compulsion under the law. You have to get way beyond that to get into New Covenant sewing and reaping.

Not of necessity for God loves a hilarious giver. That is exactly what happened to the church in Macedonia we saw in verse 2, in a great trial of affliction the depths of their Joy, the abundance of their Joy the profound Joy Linked with their profound poverty produced great liberality. A supernatural Grace of God!

When you get into sewing and reaping you start tapping into a realm of grace in operation, that’s where grace starts to operate in the realm of sewing and reaping. If you want to see God’s grace begin to operate, get beyond the limitations of the stingy mingy 10%. People need to get free of that, get free into the abundance of New Covenant giving and start to follow the truth of the word of God.

By the Holy Spirit there is an impartation of grace in the area of giving that takes us way beyond the  limitations of giving under the law, that brings us into the dimension of tapping into God’s power to get wealth. It is wise for us to Cooperate with God’s law of the harvest, if we want to have abundance then we will have abundance as we learn to sew in abundance.

 Now the grace of God goes beyond that which is possible in the natural to take us way out of our natural circumstances to cause us to become lavish and generous, to abound in the riches of our liberality supernatural. That is Grace, you can’t explain it, you can’t work it out, it doesn’t make economic since in the terms of our economic indicators these days.

Every one is a candidate for Grace, every one of us. None of us has got the ideal circumstances, we all have got needs and family situations that require a great amount of resources, so none of us are in the Ideal situation where we have a big excess of income for expenditure.

2Co 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Is the greatest superlatives in the Bible, there is no other verse that has as many superlative words in it. Doesn’t sound God intends for you to live in the land of just getting by!

Remember Egypt is the land of not enough, the wilderness is the land of just enough and the promise land is more than enough. This sounds like the land of more than enough, you will have an abundance for every good work, but so many Christians aren’t living in that abundance and are just getting by. Why? We haven’t tapped into the Grace of giving.

God sais it is all by Grace, it’s all by Grace it is an imparted Grace according to chapter 8 verse 1.

God pouring out his Grace on you. God is able to make all Grace, it’s not merely Grace in the area of giving it is Grace in every area of our lives and we will always have a sufficiency for every situation EVERY AREA.

We have so limited God in the understanding of his Grace, most of the church has only understood, by Grace ye are saved through faith. Grace that warm fuzzy attitude in the heart of God toward me that he had mercy on me, sent his son and he has forgiven me of my sins and bless God I am not going to Hell anymore and we just see Grace as an attitude in the heart of God. It is much more!!!! It is a power of God that he imparts to us so that we can do way beyond what is naturally possible in our mere physical bodies, It is Grace that abounds in us. See the power of God’s Grace that can operate within us causing us to come to the place to do whatever needs to be done. We can abound to every good work. God wants us to about to every good work. The anointing is going simplify your life and bring such a simplicity to live a life of abounding unto every good work.

2Co 9:10  Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

 That is basically saying is everything that comes into your position all we have to discern and to determine by the Holy Spirit is, is this seed or is this bread, If it is seed I give it, if it is bread I eat it. Simplifies Life it really does. We don’t want to devour our seed and we don’t want to sew our bread. God will cause grace to abound toward us so that we will always have a sufficiency in all things and we can abound or overflow to every good work.

Going back to 2Co 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

It’s the same kind of Grace, a supernatural Grace not just “You know he is giving me a little bit of help to go beyond what I normally can do. No! This is to do what is physically and naturally impossible to do. God is able to make all Grace abound toward you that you always having all sufficiency in all things for every good work. A verse of tremendous superlative and then he links it to this verse from the Psalms.

2Co 9:9  (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

We are about to tap into one of the most important principals relating to giving in the word of God and that is this. If you have needs in the areas of your life where you are walking in areas of spiritual defeat and you long for God to do a work of Grace in you, transforming you and imparting righteousness to you. Paul is saying there is a wonderful little key. Giving! Giving has everything to do with righteousness. Read it again, , He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. See what we tend to do is focus on ourselves and try to change ourselves and God sais I want you to get so totally out of yourselves and start looking at other people’s needs and start giving to them and I take care of your needs whatever they are. You have spiritual needs, start giving to others, just scatter to others and I’ll take care of your righteousness needs. Isn’t that good?

2Co 9:10  Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)  I get a harvest of righteousness and guess what I don’t have to supply the seed for the harvest, God supplies the seed. Oh read it again: Now he that supplies, seed to the sewer and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sewn and increase the harvest or the fruits of your righteousness. This is something supernatural. This is a dimension of Grace the church hasn’t tapped into. Basically we have looked at money as the thing that makes the wheels turning in life and the church, so preachers have gotten up and told some form of giving to people and very often very embarrassed and so it has been like “Oh, now here go with the Money part, let’s get through with this and get on with the main stuff here.” We haven’t realized that when we are dealing with our giving we are dealing with the key to our righteousness. Look it’s the Written Word!!!! Now let’s go a little bit more slowly through the verse: He who supplies seed to the sewer and bread for food. So he supplies you seed and he supplies you bread. Your only responsibility as a child of God is to discern what is seed and what is bread!!!! When he gives something to you just ask is this seed or is this bread. If it is bread eat it with Joy and thanksgiving in your heart bless God for his faithful provision, But if it is seed don’t eat it, because if you eat your seed you don’t get your next harvest, that’s obvious to a farmer, but it is not so obvious to Christians, because we go on with too many needs, I can’t possibly sew this time. Remember where Grace operates? Grace operates in a great trial of affliction and deep poverty, so do not say you can’t afford to give, because listen to this. He supplies seed to the sewer. We don’t eat out seed, that is money strictly to go out where the Spirit of God directs it to be given. We are going through a paradigm shift from being need conscious to being seed conscious and the incredible transformation that will take place. Now watch this, watch where the increase is, the problem with most christens is we look for the increase on the bread side and we pray that Lord I need more money kind of thing, and I will give you some of it, but watch where the increase comes. Look at verse 10 again: 2Co 9:10  Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

Now he who supplies seed for the sewer and bread for food, supply and multiply your seed for sewing. See he wants to give the multiplication on the seed side not on the bread side. It’s a wonderful truth that when he multiplies on the seed side and you sew, guess what your  going to get multiplied bread, but he puts the increase on the seed side and we concentrate on the increase on the bread side. He says ask me for seed and you will get greater seed to sew and you will get more money for your needs. That’s the way God does it. You need more money, ask him for more seed. It’s the truth!!!! The truth is going to set you free. The enemy has tried to put such a sense of embarrassment on people to talk about money, because most times money is being talked about out of fear or manipulation. So when we come and simply teach the word that is going to set you free and to bring you into prosperity that God wants for you so that you can be a blessing to all the families of the earth. God has called you to be as the seed of Abraham to bless all the families of the earth and there is a power to get wealth that is inherent in the Covenant of promise to Abraham and that power that revolves around seed as we saw in Isaacs’s life. Here the word of God is telling us the way to know that supernatural increase, He supplies seed to the sewer and bread for food and he is going to supply and multiply your seed for sewing. That is where the increase is going to come and we are waiting for an increase on the bread side and God Sais No ask me for more seed to sew and you will have plenty of bread. Ask him for seed people, 

          ask him for seed. He supplies seed to the sewer and bread for food the multiplication is on the seed side!!!!

Don’t get the cart before the horse, you ask for multiplication in seed then you get the increase in bread. Not only do you get the increase in Bread you get the increase in the harvest of your righteousness. So while you are getting into God’s supernatural plan, guess what’s happening? The Holy Spirit is growing you spiritually and imparting to you in Areas of spiritual need and areas of spiritual lack, spiritual weakness as you are getting into God’s plan, he is ministering to you. It is wonderful, it is a wonderful Plan and that is why a lot of people who is stingy and mingy and tightwads are not experiencing spiritual growth and they can’t understand, because the key to spiritual growth is becoming a liberal sewer.

Nobody is going to grow into the likeness of character to God and the Likeness of Jesus Christ who doesn’t become a giver, because God’s nature is to give. Jesus Christ is a giver and if you’re going to become like him one of the main areas God wants to get you free of is the spirit of greed and the spirit of stinginess, so you become by nature a giver. The Grace of God will change you in this whole realm of giving, Giving is the most powerful thing to change you inwardly and get you out of greed and self-centeredness and so on and bring you into the Grace and virtue of the Lord Jesus Christ to be manifest in your life increasing with in you. Now the next verse: 2Co 9:11  Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

 I am telling you we are on a winning Plan, enriched in everything, He said he is going to make Grace abound so that you will always have sufficiency in all things to abound to every good work. He says you are going to become rich in everything, you are going to get wealthy in everything. That is where God wants to take you, enriched in everything through all liberality which causes thanksgiving through us to God.

2Co 9:12  For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

2Co 9:13  Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men.

 In other words, what Paul is saying is that your giving is a proof of your testimony, the People is glorifying God because your testimony is borne out by your giving. While through the proof of this ministry they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the Gospel of Christ and for your liberal sharing with them and all men.

2Co 9:14  And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

2Co 9:15  Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

Glory, glory, glory, there is a great power God has revealed to us in the area of seed. See the power of that seed, when it is sewn, when it is sewn, when it is sewn, becomes the biggest of all trees Jesus Christ Taught. All of the Kingdom revolves around seed, all of the kingdom revolves around seed, increase in the Kingdom revolves around seed. Increase of money comes from the increase in seed in the Kingdom. If you have no seed, ask God for seed he supplies seed to the sewer. We all have got power within our hands, we have seed within our hands.

God sais ask me for seed, ask me for seed, ask me for what I can give you, ask me for direction for seed you can sew!!!!

When you sew seed always remember to call back your harvest when you sew out!!!!
