Do Not commit cold Blooded Murder.

The last time I spoke with Jeff before the conference call just before Passover 2013. Jeff so Arrogantly stated and I quote, " I am a man of war, you know if someone does anything to me and rebels against me the angels will kill them." End Quote

Harry, the only angels that kill or commit murder are the Fallen angels, those who committed Rebellion against Yahweh/Jehovah and fallowed Lucifer/Satan. More evidence out of his (Jeff's) own mouth. Telling me he (Jeff) uses Witchcraft through the Babylonian Jewish Kabballah and Talmud to order the fallen angels to do his (Jeff's) Bidding.
On the other hand the Holy angels Do NOT Kill or murder and I quote the Written Word, Heb 1:14  Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Those Holy angels are Ministers to the Heirs of salvation.

At Law the only people who deserve Death are those who commit Murder and Capital Murder after a a Jury Trial of their peers and found Guilty of Capitol Murder.

Again I quote the Written Word, Joh_10:10  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Therefore, Jeff, playing God and deciding who lives and who dies and uses the Babylonian Jewish Kabballah and Talmud is operating under Satan. who is the thief and murderer and destroyer and Liar.

Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one is NOT a murderer in any form, and I quote the Written Word, I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

 Therefore, Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one gives life and Heals and delivers Man out of the hand of the enemy Satan.

Just Like the Holy Spirit told me, Jeff attempted to steal, by deception the anointing Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one placed on my shoulders through Pastor John Sheasby and Pastor Frank Hammond, for his (Jeff's) own gain in his bloodless Cult and alleged Ministry.
Again I quote the Written Word, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ Himself said, Mar 10:19  Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother.
Exo 20:16  Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
(1.) Jeff did bear false witness against me when he (Jeff) turned Deborah against me and called me a False Prophet, for exposing what he (Jeff) was doing. On top of that, as the Holy Spirit told me, From the beginning of meeting Jeff he committed Spiritual Fraud against me in not being honest and forthright about his (Jeff's) involvement in the Babylonian Jewish Kabballah and Talmud, Jeff did it by Stealth so that I would not know the truth to take from me the clear choice to or not to be involved in that Jewish Mysticism I.E. Witchcraft.
Instead he hid it from me and deceived me all those years.
(2.) I quote the Written Word, Exo 20:17  Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
Jeff Coveted the anointing on my shoulders Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one placed on my shoulders through Pastor John Sheasby and Pastor Frank Hammond for his (Jeff's) own gain in his (Jeff's) Bloodless Cult and Alleged Ministry.
Jeff does NOT have the true anointing and does NOT know how to get it, and in his Lust for Power he (Jeff) attempted to steal the anointing on my shoulders.
Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one will NOT give it to him (Jeff) do to the fact he (Jeff) is corrupt and would corrupt the anointing and Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one cannot trust him (Jeff) with that anointing.
I know this , because the Holy Spirit told me so.
(3.) In the last letter Jeff told me I was not a Pastor, Prophet and Evangelist, because he (Jeff) would not allow me to be unless I submit to him.
I quote from Jeff's Letter, " Without a qualified Melek-Tzaedek/Melchizedek ministry such as Beyth Yahowseph, or a very very select few others I know of, et al, teaching you, you would/will go nowhere and stumble and fall in the ditch. First off, you are not even circumcised in the flesh, called a Brit Melah in Hebrew, much less nor are you circumcised presently and on the recent past as to matters in the circumcision of the  ruach/spirit/heart, that of which you also sorely lack!!! Even if you were physically circumcised in your private part shortly after birth by your dad, you are still not circumcised even in the flesh of/into the Covenant of Abraham, and I explained a little bit about what that means in obtaining the services of a moyle or if that is not necessary to have a "recircumcision" by drawing a few drops of blood before 2 or 3 qualified elders and the Ruach Kodesh.You have not done proper repentance or Teshuvah. neither can you be ordained as a pastor or evangelist since those two offices also require guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. I only told you before that you were a pastor, priest or rabbi in training, once you had "passed the course", or made the grade." End of Quote.
I ask, Who is Jeff to make these statements? In his arrogance and Haughtiness and Pride, completely denying the Move of the Holy Spirit anointing that occurred in Jan 1995 at New Covenant Church in Muleshoe Texas through Pastor John Sheasby and Later in Lubbock Texas through Pastor Frank Hammond.
Who is Jeff to play God and make decisions as such affecting my life and Faith?
No, Jeff is seriously wrong in his words and evaluations attempting to get me through his deception to enter his bloodless cult, Alleged Ministry by telling me and I quote, " by drawing a few drops of blood before 2 or 3 qualified elders." End Quote.
Therefore: That is an attempt to Put me down and Deny the things Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/ Jesus Christ the anointed one  and the Holy Spirit has done through the Full Gospel Pastors I mentioned above, and Jeff placing himself on a pedestal higher through his Arrogance and Haughtiness and Pride, in attempting to get me to and cause me to enter into a blood Talmud Contract, in the same manner as Satanist, Wicca, Masons, Illuminatti, Skull and Bones ect, ect, when the Holy Spirit flat out told me" Do Not Do it" Due to the fact that the only Blood Covenant that stands with Yahweh/Jehovah is the Shed blood of Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one. Which was shed on the Cross and hit the mercy seat.
(4.) I Quote the Written Word, Rom 14:4  Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
Just like the question was posed in Romans, I ask who is Jeff to Judge me in my faith and walk with Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one?
Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one and His Father God Yahweh/Jehovah is my Savior, my King, my Master, my Lord, my friend, Jeffery Lee Smith is NOT.
Jeff Smith has NO right and NO authority to judge me in any form Whatsoever and has NO right and No Authority to say that when I accepted Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one's atonement by His shed blood, and accepted Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one to be my Savior, Master, King and asked Him to come into my heart and to use me for His Glory in 1982, and was baptized in Water for the remission of sins in 1984 and accepted the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the operation of the Gifts of the Spirit in 1984, and received the anointing in 1995, as to say that was of non effect, and say I can't and am Not there and have to do what he (Jeff) says is crazy, Preposterous and Ludicrous.
I ask, where does Jeff get off telling me these things? Again Who died and made Jeff God? No One!
I quote the Written Word, Mat 7:1  Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Mat 7:3  And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Rom 2:2  But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
Rom 2:3  And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

Rom 14:10  But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
Rom 14:11  For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
Rom 14:12  So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

Col 2:17  Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Jas 4:11  Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Jas 4:12  There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
See Jeff runs around preaching, "Obey the Torah." Which is attempting to gain righteousness through Dead works, and he (Jeff) himself Breaks the Law of Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one.
Makes him (Jeff) a Hypocrite. Therefore it is High time Jeff worries about his own walk and his own salvation, and STOP running around and Judging everyone else and telling everyone else how wrong they are and STOP Judging everyone elses Faith and Walk with Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one.
(5.) The Holy Spirit plainly told me that the writings of Paul are hard to understand, but those writing do Apply as the Written Word. The Holy Spirit told me that the writing of Paul has to be revealed by the Holy Spirit to correctly understand Paul's writings. Those writings of Paul cannot be correctly understood at face value, it takes the Spirit, the Holy Spirit to correctly interpret those Writings.
Jeff's Words on Paul are totally unacceptable, and Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ will NOT put up with it.
Jeff has alot of Soul searching to do and alot of repenting to do and if he (Jeff) don't repent of his evil corrupt ways, and does Not turn to Yahsua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one and does Not drop and walk away from the Evil and corrupt ways and does NOT drop the Evil Corrupt Babylonian Jewish Kabballah and Talmud and become truly Saved by the Shed Blood of Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one, Jeff has NO hope of salvation and No hope of and eternal life in heaven with Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one.
(6.) Next thing, I am in Texas and I am a Natural Flesh and Blood Texican National and the Constitution of the Republic of Texas states in the Bill of Rights 1836, 3rd. No preference shall be given by law to any religious denomination or mode or worship over another, but every person shall be permitted to worship God according to the dictates of his own conscience.
And the Constitution of the State of Texas 1845 states in the Bill of Rights.
SEC. 4. All men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship God according to the dictates of their own consciences; no man shall be compelled to attend, erect, or support any place of worship, or to maintain any ministry against his consent; no human authority ought, in any case whatever, to control or interfere with the rights of conscience in matters of religion; and no preference shall ever be given by law to any religious societies or mode of worship; but it shall be the duty of the legislature to pass such laws as may be necessary to protect every religious denomination in the peaceable enjoyment of their own mode of public worship.
And the Current Constitution of the State of Texas states in the Bill of Rights,

Sec. 6.  FREEDOM OF WORSHIP.  All men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences.  No man shall be compelled to attend, erect or support any place of worship, or to maintain any ministry against his consent.  No human authority ought, in any case whatever, to control or interfere with the rights of conscience in matters of religion, and no preference shall ever be given by law to any religious society or mode of worship.  But it shall be the duty of the Legislature to pass such laws as may be necessary to protect equally every religious denomination in the peaceable enjoyment of its own mode of public worship.

Therefore: as Secretary of Judicial Affairs of the Interim Government of the Republic of Texas, Jeff should Know these Rights and Respect these Rights as set forth from our Texican Forefathers instead of Ignoring these rights as he so Arrogantly and Haughtily and Pridefully does.
Jeff is guilty of trying to control and interfering with the dictates of my Personal Conscience in the matters of my Faith and Beliefs, or Religion. I have the natural and indefeasible Right to worship Almighty God, Yahweh/Jehovah, Jesus Christ the anointed one as I see fit to the dictates of my own Personal Conscience, between me and Father Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah/ Jesus Christ the anointed one and the Holy Spirit.
Jeff and no one else for that manner has No Right and has NO Authority to say otherwise.
Jeff has No Right and No Authority whatsoever to attempt to compel me through Threats, Duress and Coercion and Force and Threat of Force, to attempt to Force me to attend, erect, or support, or maintain his (Jeff's) Alleged Ministry against my consent, in any case whatsoever.
I duly Hereby, Heretofore and Hereafter do unequivocally and absolutely REFUSE TO GIVE MY CONSENT. PERIOD!!!!!!!
My Denomination is Full Gospel and I have the Right to the peaceable enjoyment of the mode of my private and public worship of my denomination and no preference shall ever be given by law to any religious society or mode of worship. That Includes  Beyth Yahowseph Jeff's Alleged Ministry.

(7.) If Jeffery Lee Smith Don't like it and gets mad and angry about it, instead of being a coward as he is and sicking Devils on me and spouting spells and curses like he (Jeff) does when he is using that Babylonian Jewish Kabballah and Talmud,
Jeff can come to Texas and face me face to face and settle this like men in the Office of the Lubbock County Sheriff in a Gentleman's Discussion, or Jeff can sit down and shut up and accept the fact that I REFUSE to be THREATENED, OR COERCED, OR PLACED UNDER THREAT, DURESS, OR THREAT OF FORCE AND I REFUSE TO BE PLACED UNDER CONTROL AND INTIMIDATION AND I REFUSE TO BE UNLAWFULLY JUDGED AND CONDEMNED BY THE LIKES OF Jeff Smith. PERIOD. !!!!!!!
(8.) Where does Jeffrey Lee Smith have the Authority and Right to decide who to throw someone out of the Body of Christ as he tried to do to Brenda Hinesley?
Where does Jeffery Lee Smith have the Authority and the Right to threaten to Allegedly take a man's Crown of Life and threaten to erase a man's name from the Lamb's Book of Life and Threaten to toss a man in the pit?
Jeffery Lee Smith is only a man and he (Jeff) is Not God, and he (Jeff) Does NOT have that Right and Authority and it was NOT delegated to him (Jeff) from Yahweh/Jehovah, Yashua the Messiah, Jesus Christ the anointed one and if he (Jeff) thinks he does, he (Jeff) is deceived by Satan and is totally Insane to think so. Pursuant to Ezekiel Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 and Chapter 33, I am telling you Jeff had better Repent to the King Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one and turn from his evil, wicked ways, because if Jeff don't there is the Possiblity that when Yashua the Messiah/Jesus Christ the anointed one returns for the Great Gathering/ Catching Away of the Bride/Church Jeff will be left behind to suffer the Tribulation and face the Mark of the Beast the RFID CHIP and the Guillotine.
